muffins

midterms. taking a holiday and going home for a few days. plan to do a lot of baking, maybe head out and take some photographs. autumn weather always gets me itching to go out and try to capture the beauty of nature....and i just always feel like baking.
probably will make some cookies, biscotti, possibly some muffins. will also try some new tofu recipes i found. bound to be a good, relaxing break.
by the way- i couldn't remember the mechanism for solventless aldol synthesis. chucies.
